How to Change Outer Background in Devils Workshop Blogger Template

There are two types of background one is the main background where the main content of blog appear, and the other one is the body background or outer background.

It is very important to select the best outer background for a blog that suit the blog template and it should spice up the blog look. it should be unique, the background color do play a role in decreasing the bounce rate of blog/website.becuase when a visitor arrive at blog his eyes catches the colors that is of background look and color scheme, so be selective while choosing the background colors.
