Before using Webmaster Tools you will need
to have a Google Account. Once you have an account, you can use Webmaster Tools
for free .And after creating account in Google webmaster tools, you need to
tell Google which sites you want to have control over. So for this first of all
you have to add a blog and then verify it. You can choose to upload a blank
HTML file, or, paste a META tag in your home page’s Head section. It’s a quick
way for Google to make sure that you have access to the domains before you can
view any information about the blog.
