Every morning I open my worldpress control panel and I see
thousands of new spam comments and I cannot find out who really needs my
attention. To stop this I found out that Akismet can help us in fighting
against these spam comments. Akismet helps us stop comments which are spam.
To install Akismet go to Plugins. Install a new plugin and search
for Akismet. After installing it you will be notified to enter Akismet API Key.
Luckily you can get one if you are running a personal blog.
Go to signup page and select "Personal" type.
Copy the key from the email you receive and use it.
Remember, there is no way you can get Enterprise or Pro account key, as far as I know. Let me know if you know how to get a free key for these account types :)
